With over eight years of fitness and nutrition experience, I can distill complex health, nutrition, and training topics into digestible and enjoyable information for readers. I've completed an 140.6 and 70.3 Ironman, three ultra marathons, powerlifting meets, and other endurance races. I'm also a NCI Applied Nutritional Coach. I have three years of professional experience writing for private and public sector clients in a variety of fields.
